What are you doing to convey to your employees that things are ok at your organization? I am sure everyone knows that things have slowed down or that the company is cutting back, but what have you done to communicate with your team that their job is secure? That they can feel confident stimulating our economy by purchasing that car, buying that summer home, or going on that vacation.
