The Setting:
You
have received an invitation to a “Party of Princesses” at a
place called Fantasia Manor. Fantasia Manor is a spectacular
palace that is secluded deep in an enchanted forest of perpetual
winter. The invitation was not signed and had no return
address, but you decided to go anyway. After braving the
snow-covered woods you arrived at the gates of Fantasia Manor
where all the princesses had gathered from far off lands.
Consider everyone a suspect and ask your questions thoroughly.
The criminal will be implicated in three ways: A motive, spell,
and opportunity. Many players will have two of these
things but only one of them will have all three. For the best
results concentrate your questions in these three areas.
Everyone must tell the truth except for the criminal. He or she
is the only person who can lie.
The Crime:
All the princesses
were just beginning to enjoy themselves when suddenly a scream
rang out. Everyone ran to the source of the scream, the palace
dining room. On top of the dinner table stood a six foot ice
sculpture of a woman who looked exactly like Estelle Merry. It
was soon realized, that the ice sculpture was Estelle
Merry! Someone had used sorcery to turn her into solid ice!
One of you is the criminal. The rest of you need to find out
who it is so that you can have her change back Estelle Merry
before she melts away. When you have found someone with a motive
to curse Estelle Merry, the means to turn her into ice, and who
was in the dining room today, then you may have found the true
culprit. GOOD LUCK!
