The Setting:
You are going to the estate of Jonathan Taylor for his annual
Halloween Party. His home is decorated so well it could give the
local haunted house some stiff competition. Some of you are
attending for pleasure and some on business. Others will be
attending for more sinister reasons. Consider everyone a
suspect and ask your questions thoroughly. The murderer will be
implicated in three ways:
A motive, a weapon, and opportunity. Many players will have two
of these things but only one of you will have all three. For
the best results concentrate your questions in these three
areas. Everyone must tell the truth except for the murderer.
He or she is the only person who can lie.
The Crime:
A shot rang out. Two minutes later Taylor was found in the
wine cellar and was pronounced dead from a gunshot. One of you
is the killer. The rest of you need to find out who it was.
When you have found someone with a motive, a gun, and who was in
the wine cellar this evening then you may have found the true
murderer. GOOD LUCK!!!
The Party:
This murder
mystery party is available for 10 to 70 characters. It can also
be modified for church groups and corporate events.
